TC Legacy Holdings LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find and rent a home with us.

Our website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our pages are built to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation, browser zoom, and phones. They use clear headings, readable text contrast, and labeled buttons and links.

Our listings, showing scheduler, applications, and Resident Portal are provided by third-party services (RentEngine and DoorLoop). Those services are run by other companies, and we do not control them directly. If any part of the Site, or any of those services, is hard for you to use, contact us and we will help you another way. That includes taking your information over the phone, reading listing details to you, or scheduling a showing for you.

Reasonable accommodations and modifications

Under the Fair Housing Act and West Virginia law, people with disabilities may request:

• Reasonable accommodations: changes to our rules, policies, practices, or services. Examples include an assistance animal in a home with a no-pet policy, a different way to apply, or help completing forms.
• Reasonable modifications: physical changes to a home, such as grab bars or a ramp.
